FAQ
What's the difference between DC electric arc furnace and DC submerged arc furnace?
Both DC electric arc furnaces and DC submerged arc furnaces heat materials by generating arcs between electrodes and materials. The difference is that the materials smelted in DC arc furnaces usually have no slag and have lower resistance heat. The amount of material slag produced by DC submerged arc furnace smelting is large, resulting in high resistance heat.
How do we calculate the power of the equipment?
The user needs to provide a raw material test report first, and then inform us of the production requirements. If users have special process requirements, they also need to inform us in a timely manner. We will calculate and match suitable devices based on the information provided by the user.
What is the use of our equipment?
Our equipment has only one purpose, which is to provide ultra-high temperature arcs to heat all materials in the melting furnace. The final product produced depends on your raw materials and smelting process.
What is the delivery time for the equipment?
The delivery time is usually 60-120 days. The specific time is determined by the power of the equipment and the quantity of orders.
Why are our devices more energy-efficient?
Our equipment operates in a direct current mode, and the power inside the furnace is higher than the power on the secondary side. And there are no eddy currents and skin effects in the short network circuit, and the heating of the short network is not significant.
What technical support can we provide?
In addition to providing equipment, we can also provide development services for smelting processes and training services for equipment operators. We can also make auxiliary judgments on whether your project is profitable based on our experience.
